Business Automation

Full-Stack Developer

3 systems · zero manual handoffs

Two-step pipeline: when an order moves to "processing" in WordPress, a custom PHP plugin sends it to the ERP; then a Node.js service with Windows scheduled tasks forwards invoicing data to the billing system.

Impact

Removed manual order handoffs between WordPress, ERP and invoicing — each step runs automatically on status change.
